About these terms

By placing an order with EggNook you agree to these terms. They sit alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which they do not limit.

Orders. We may decline or cancel an order, including after it is placed, if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already placed.

Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. The instructions and any limits printed on the product and its packaging are the authoritative version.

Using it safely

EggNook is a microwave-only product. Do not use it in a conventional oven, under a grill, in an air fryer, or on a stovetop. Do not exceed the temperature limit printed on the product. Contents and the product itself will be hot after cooking, so handle with care.

Cooking times vary by microwave wattage. Start short and add time in small increments rather than guessing, and never leave a microwave unattended while cooking.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
