Where we ship

Australia only, tracked.

Cost. Flat $5 on every order, whatever you buy and however many.

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, and your delivery estimate travels with that tracking number. If tracking has not updated 7 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Delays. Carrier delays sit outside our control and are not included in our dispatch times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.

Incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will resend it once you confirm the corrected address. We cannot cover a second reshipment after that.
